Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital 
The forensic department of the hospital was started in Feb 2011. Department caters to all medico legal issues of nine police stations (North Rohini, South Rohini, Prashant Vihar, Maurya enclave, Netaji Subhash Place, Vijay Vihar, Shahbad Dairy, Bawana & Paschim Vihar). It handles about 900 cases of postmortem per year and about 200 cases of postmortem review cases.Reports are computer generated.The department has a cold room with storage capacity of 60 bodies.Doctors of forensic department attend court for deposing as state witness. Post Mortem services are provided on all days.
